Moroccan Tagines & Majmars

The perfect way to create a truly authentic Moroccan meal.  These tradtitional tagine/tajine dishes have been used in Moroccan of centuries, originally cooked over charcoal on a majmar, to create a truly wonderful taste of Morocco.

After much research, and many tagines eaten!, we have found that the best quality tagines are the Tangier tagines. 

We would recommend that you always use these with a heat diffuser on a hob as this distributes the heat more evenly across the base.
