Moroccan Tagines & MajmarsThe perfect way to create a truly authentic Moroccan tagine (stew). These traditional tagine dishes have been used in Morocco for centuries, originally cooked over charcoal on a majmar, to create a true taste of Morocco. After much research, and many tagines eaten!, we have found that the best tagines are the Tangier tagines and the Rabat tagines. We would, however, recommend that you use a heat diffuser if you intend to cook with the tagine on the hob.
