Items in Stock
All items shown on our website state whether they are in stock. We do endeavour to remove items from the website which are sold out as quickly as we can. We do not offer the facility to buy an item that is out of stock as the item may not be available again.
Please remember that the pictures are representative of the items, your computer resolution may not display the actual colour of the item for which we cannot be responsible.
Delivery prices shown are for items to be delivered within MAINLAND UK (see below for some of the Non UK Mainland)
Non UK Mainland
include, but not restricted to: Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands (GY and JE), Scilly Isles (TR21), Western Scottish Isles (HS), Orkney Isles (KW) Shetland Isles (ZE) and postcodes KW, IV, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and Northern Ireland.
Please contact us for a delivery price if you are outside of mainland UK. If a delivery price to a non UK mainland address has not been agreed before placing an order we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We aim to dispatch items within two working days . If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us to see what options are available.
are the costs charged by the companies we use, we do not inflate the price of our items to cover these costs as we feel it would be unfair to those that come and collect from our shop. The postal prices quoted are generic, however, we are happy to try and get you a better price if you are buying multiple items. Please email us with the items and quantities and delivery postcode and we will get a shipping cost for you.
Deliveries outside the UK:
For deliveries outside of the UK, please contact
us for a shipping price. Payment for non-UK orders is by bank transfer only.
We will accept UK orders over the telephone, however, there will be additional security measures required. We reserve the right to ship to the cardholder's address only. If you wish to have delivery to a different address then we would require payment by bank transfer. If you wish to arrange for the goods to be collected by a third party, then payment will need to be made on collection or by bank transfer before collection. Contact us if you have any questions.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery service for your order, this may be Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another courier. By placing your order you agree to us providing the courier company with your contact telephone number as they may need to contact you. Once your item has been despatched we will advise you of the company who will be making the delivery.
If an item is returned to us by the carrier because they have not been able to deliver, i.e. incorrect address, addressee gone away, or you do not arrange a redelivery or collection after a delivery attempt has been made, the cost of the items being returned to us will be deducted from any refund made on receipt of the goods.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged. We cannot accept the excuse that they are different from the items ordered unless you are clearly sent the incorrect product. Please see our terms and conditons for full details.
Due to the handmade nature of Moroccan Decor’s products, small variations may occur and may differ slightly from the picture online. These variations are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and we regret such complaints will not be accepted and items cannot be returned or refunded for this reason.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.
If the acutal cost of shipping the item exceeds the cost charged at the time of the order, the additional amount will be deducted from the refund of the cost of items.
Returns can be made through either of these options:
Returns via our Showroom.
Simply bring the order note and the product you wish to return or exchange to our showroom in Tring, Hertfordshire.
Returns via post or a courier.
If you wish to arrange to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then either arrange for our courier to collect it or make arrangements for you to return it by another method, depending on the circumstances for return.
If you are returning the item, send the item in the original packaging along with the invoice and e-mail
any tracking information to us.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it has been safely received by us. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
If the item you receive arrives damaged please contacts us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can discuss the options.
